Default Ignition switch help

I have a 2006 Fx4 with the 5.4 motor, with the key out of the Ignition and doors open the acc circuit stays on at 2.9 volts. The radio, interior lights, and window switches stay powered on all the time even when the key is off and doors are open. My question is do yall think it's a BCM issue or just the Ignition switch? Or something I'm over looking? Thanks

Maybe a faulty door switch? Does the interior lights come on when you open the door? Do they go out after you close the door?

Yes, the lights come on when the doors open and go off when they close. Also when the key is turned to the off position the interior lights don't come on anymore. The lights will only come on manually or by opening the door.
