The 2.5" looks nose high to me. That is why I went with the 2" and it looks better IMO. Unless you know it is different most people do not even notice and that's the way I like it. Never cared for the baja look.

I guess it depends on each individual truck. I am running the ReadyLift 3in leveling kit and it sits level as far as I can tell. Also just about all leveling kits manufacturers offer some form of kit for the rear so you can get the factory rake back to your truck. I am going to add it to the rear I just won't know how much until I get home and hook up to the boat.

i have a procomp leveling kit and have had no problems its been in fotr over a year Im with u on the saggy *** end and i always haul a quad arround so i threw in a set of firestone air bags they were quicker to install than the leveling kit so now when i haul something i just throw some air in the bags and level out the back end.

im got the hell bent steel 2.5" kit and its great. got it dirt cheap off ebay but it looked and felt pretty damn solid. installed it my self with little to no trouble. on my 08 FX4 the tail sits bout half an inch higher still but its not to noticable. when i towed my jeep on a auto trailer this summer the but sagged a bunch and it looked kinda ridiculous but i dont tow that often so it doesnt bother me much.

This my new junk bucket. It was cheap enough for my needed of a nice little v8 rumble. I own a busa so its easy to toss it in the back and roll out.

Anyway. What kit would you all recommend? I like the HBS kit but what size?

i see. did you notice a difference in handling or drivability? Im probably going to go with either a 2.5 inch kit or lowere the rear since its an ugly *** work truck and 2 wheel drive LOL.

No fluid problems here, I have a 2.5" Hell Bent Steel kit and I'm running 35"x11.5" toyo open countrys on stock 18" lariat rims and it is perfect. The front sits a 1/4" higher than the back but when aired down for offroading it has a mean profile. I personally love the HBS kit and none of my F150 buddies has other brand so I am biased towards HBS. Was easy to install and does not affect ride quality very much. But you know how it goes: go with 2" and ull want 4", go with 4" and ull want 6" and on and on. I'm gunna jump to a 4" and call it a day. Hope this helps.
