I am completely stumped. I have a 2008 ford F-150 Lariat with the 5.4L flex fuel. I have true dual exhaust all the way back with no muffler or cats so I have the 02 sensors unplugged. I had just gotten my cam phasers and the whole timing set replaced. I have a new throttle body, a new MAF, all 8 new spark plugs, brand new battery. when I went to go pick up my truck I put my eco tune on from my sct x4 from 5 star tuning. the truck drove just fine all the way home (about 4 hours). I stopped to get gas and started it back up and it started to idle super rough and lost almost all of its power and my check engine light came back on. Turned the truck back off, reloaded the tune and the truck fired right back up without hesitation and it ran perfectly fine. Now 3 days later I can not for the life of me figure out what is going on, I have one code (P2198)- 02 Sensor signal biased/stuck rich- bank 2 sensor 1. I have check the fuel purge valve and it seems to be working fine. Here is my freeze frame data:

The truck seems like it wants to die like its being drowned in fuel or something but I cant figure out why, The short term fuel seems like its trying to correct itself my going more lean but it still idles like crap, and wants to die at stop lights or while braking. I will attach below if possible my data log that I recorded in my driveway while siting still in park, any help or any advice would be very much appreciated.
Sounds like it could be a vacuum leak. Especially since you just had phasers done, some hoses were moved around and messed with. Do a quick check with something flammable or a smoke test if you've got nice stuff.
Outside of that, I'm still learning a lot of the engine sensor normal set points are, so ill keep my mouth shut on that.
