folks, On a 2008 5.4Lv8, i removed batt to charge at garage to full as it was very out & truck wasnt driven, I locked the hood, doors, batt is fully charged. I remember opening the driver door with key(manually). But today due to extreme cold or what not the key doesn't open the door (key turns like normal but the lever inside doesnt come up)..lol..am i struck with No option other than trying through window with a wire..??

 

That must have hurt....


Seriously though, did you try both doors? Did you turn the key in both directions? Unless it is super cold out, the key should work.
