Default hypertech programer help

hello, i want to first say i searched for hours and found very little so i know these questions are asked a lot but obvi searching didnt help so im hoping someone here can, i just bought a hypertech 3 programmer for my truck today off my buddy for $50 it was litterly new in the box so i couldnt pass it up, i know theres way better programmers out there but really i only bought it for the fact i can program my larger tires but after messing with it i figured i should just set all the other options as well to get the most out of it as i can so im curious to what i should set the shift points and rev limiter to, the options are -500 to +500, the only info suggested i found was +300 for 1-2 2-3 and 3-4 and +500 for rev, seeing if that sounds right before i set it to that? if someone could help instead of telling me to do more searching it would be greatly appreciated

Correct and set the transmission to firm shift (I believe that's what it's called)
