Default How tight should clamps be on lower radiator hose?
More specifically, how tight do I turn the screws on the clamp that will be holding the lower radiator hose in place?

Good and snug with one hand. The rubber should swell into the slots in the clamp until its about flush with the outside of the clamp, but should not extrude or cut.
