That sucks! I was really wanting to do the silver stars!

 

now i have the silverstar 55w bulbs and have no melting on the fogs. its kinda hit or miss. but i dont think that i would have done it had i known it could happen

 

Am I still cool the do the silver stars in the head lights? Might hold off on the fogs...

 

They work great in the Headlights.I have them in the F150 and a set in our Stang and no issues on those.. The hardest part is finding them locally at a good price.

 

no kidding, i found them at autozone but they were something like $28 a piece.

Has anyone drilled a small hole in the housing to cool the 45 or 55 w bulbs?
