Default How to Remove Gas Door

Hi All,
I need to buy some paint to repair a couple scratches on the right rear panel. In order to match the paint I need to provide a sample to the paint store. The only item I can find to take off the truck is the gas door, but I can't see how it's removed. Does anyone know how the gas door is removed on an '07?
Thanks,
Ed

Just drive right on into the store, they can use the hood of your truck for the paint sample...

Seriously though, I don't know how to remove the gas door. Isnt there a paint code on the sticker inside the driver's door frame? Or perhaps under the hood? That should give you the code # and they should be able to match from that.

Yes, I will provide them with the paint code, but wanted them to have the cap to make sure that when I pick up the paint they match it to the color incase the paint code mixture doesn't match.
Thanks,
Ed

You take a small screwdriver, insert it between the inside of the door and the hinge bracket. Give it a small twist to release the tab and it slides right off.
