Right around $150 from empty to full. 5.4 and only run 93 octane. 93 runs around 4.05 right now.

Why would the cost be different to fill up a 4.6 or 5.4 truck? Don't they have the same size gas tank?

I just filled my 2005 5.4L for the first time this week, and it was annoying that the pump stopped at $75, and I had to re-swipe my card to get another $15 or so in. It was below 1/8 of a tank, so I think I'd possibly take around $100 to fill it if it were empty. I use 87 octane and I think it was $3.69 or $3.79 when I filled it.

87 octane --> $ 160 or so... but I'm in Vancouver, BC where our gas is around $ 5.15 a gallon if you convert it I think. I try not to think about it but its hard lol

06 FX4...$75 from about a 1/4 tank...I never let it get below that. I exclusively use Shell gas 87 octane. 3.75 a gallon here in southeastern MA.
