Just turned 150k miles this week.
Regular synthetic oil changes and motorcraft filter
Replaced all rotors and the front calipers
Replaced the FPDM last month. Literally fell apart as I unbolted it.
Had mechanic replace OE spark plugs at 75k and I just replaced the 2nd set myself at 149k.
Replaced the serpentine belt this weekend.
No other issues.

2008 4.2 5-speed V6 with 111k. Runs no differently then when I got it with 3 miles on it.
Replaced every part of the suspension (with the exception of leaf springs) a little over a year ago, changed plugs a wires twice so far, changed pcv valve, new serp belt, new MC alternator and battery, new front hubs, rotors and pads all around, changed transmission and diff fluids, new PS reservoir and fluid, new coolant, replaced fpdm a while back. 90% of that stuff was preventative maintenance. Did all of t myself, so it didn't cost much. Only thing I paid a shop for was to do ac work when my compressor failed.
So yeah, runs pretty good.
Going to do all the pullies, radiator hoses and waterpump and thermostat for good measure in the spring.

06 5.4 205xxx. Motor hasn't been touched, still runs perfectly.

serviced transmission several times finally added plug type drain pan .
always synthetic oil in engine
changed brake calipiers to rebuilt 65k --because of sticking brake pistons after brake job .
removed orig bad plugs with lisle extractor 70k, using champion 7989 change out every 30k, boots too.
drivers door electric window assembly -- drivers window switch changed out .
replaced throttle body -original bad series model number intermittent failure 80k
changed all injectors 100k
lost 2 cops --failed aftermarket back to oem cop, 4 oem cops in reserve under back seat .
replaced struts and shocks 105k , front end parts to moog
rebuilt front timing 160k .melling 360 oil pump the rest oem ford , vcts , rollers,lash adjusters ,phasors,chains ,broken guides
regret not using old type metal chain tensioners .
changed out front hubs to centrics conversion to use 4x4 rotors ,
serviced rear diff positraction due to leaking front seal
165k replaced fuel demand module
now using 5w-30 synthetic oil --mc filters only-- 3k intervals
167k changed out headlights to led from 4x4truck led- also backup leds

maybe change fan out to electric-- future? $500?
