....Blend Air Actuator?

I removed the center instrument cluster along with the radio and the coin tray on the top of the dash.... now I can see the left front corner of the blend air actuator but there is no way you could get all 4 bolts out of it and re-install the new one.

Does the passenger side of the top dash need to come out?

From hear say, pull the radio and the glove box...

 

Yep, did that. But there is a steel tube that is part of the dash structure that is right in the way, also some vent ducting that looks to be very difficult to remove.
