The end of the shift cable came off of the shifter at the trans, seems to be a white clip in there that has broken and it won't stay on the trans selector. I'm getting a new shift cable today, and was wondering if anyone knows how hard this will be to replace. Is this a straight forward fix or will I run into some hidden problems? I have an 04 f150 Lariat supercrew w/ the center console shifter.
