Default Horn sounds weird after i hit a puddle

O the other day I was comin home from practice and I hit a big puddle and now my horn sounds really dinky? Water in it? Or is it shot?

Happens to me all the time in rain soaked South Florida. Your horn will survive, it could take over a week until it's back to normal.

Could be corroded terminals where the harness plugs into the horns. I had the same issue. Sounds like you lost your low frequency horn.
Remove the horns (there's a high frequency and a low frequency).
Remove the corrosion with a wire brush.
Apply some electrolytic grease to the terminals and reinstall.
Very easy job.
