Default Hit a brick mailbox

I just hit a brick mailbox with my 04 F150 Fx4 and I was wondering if anyone knew how much this damage will cost to repair it all. My driver side quarter panel needs body work and it got shoved into my door, my hood has minor damage where the corner is crimped in, my bumper is trashed, I can't even find my driver side fog light or my main light and blinker, and there's a few minor gashes on the trim along side if the truck.

I think your better off calling your insurance adjuster. These trucks don't end up in the salvage yards where I'm located...

Regardless, the looks of it seems like a deductable will be cheaper than piecing it all together one part by one. Sorry for the bad luck.

Ain't gonna be cheap, that's for sure. Paying out of pocket or using insurance?

I have liability so insurance will pay for the obliterated mailbox but not my truck. I'm not sure how much the deductible will be... My insurance is going to fly through the freaking roof after this! Thank you I'm just hoping they don't look at it and total it. I've heard of people hitting deers and they get totaled!

That's usually from extensive engine damage. Or entire front ends being messed up.

If you have liability insurance the insurance company won't even look at it since they're not responsible for the damages. So no chance they will total it. It puzzles me why people only have liability insurance on a vehicle that is worth something.

I carried full coverage on a $3000 jeep. The difference in price isn't drastic to me.

When you're 17 years old its kind of hard to afford full coverage. I barely make it as is with liability plus gas. I work at a feed store, and at true value.
