I made my first mistake of going cheap and buying the Xentec BiXenon HID kit for $72. its a 4200K kit with relay, fuse, ballasts, bulbs, etc... Well it worked fine for the first few months and now my passenger side bulb keeps going out and just the other day has completely stopped working. what could the issue be? Xentec apparantly is a sh*tty company to get ahold of for warranty issues

check all of your connections for corrision. thats where id start.

connections are all good, i triple checked.

if i cant get these dang things working, what are some really good normal bulbs? PIAA? regular Silverstars? i wish they made Ultras for my truck

if they turn on sometimes but sometimes won't turn on I would say that is a problem with the relay. I didn't put the relay in mine and sometimes the drivers side bulb does not light right way and i have to turn it on and off a few times to get it going.

that could be it because i have had to turn them off/on before to get it to work but now the passenger just doenst work at all
