Installed hid lights about 3 weeks ago and the left one randomly turns off and now I can't get it to come back on right after a car was any help would be awesome

 

Time to troubleshoot it. Sound like something got wet. Switch balasts around and see what happens. That would eliminate it. Try switching the bulbs around to rule them out. The only thing left would be wiring and water shouldn't hurt that at all.
