You have fogs already in your bumper correct?

If you do it would be a lot cheaper and easier to just add a HID system to the stock housing. Some people have had melting issues with the circlular fogs but some have not.

Im a little confused by what you have/want lol

yeh show me a pic of the lights on and illiminating everything green lol.

The despription said they are 3000k, that is usually yellow not green.

there not illegal I have 9000k ultra violets on my truck make sure you get ballast bulbs, and wiring, not just bulb.
