What is the deal with the Heritage trucks? See a 04 for sale but have never heard of this model. It is a 4x4 V6 as well. Any good? I need a truck, but haven't looked at these. Thanks.

Its the same truck as an '03- older body style. They stuck an emblem on the old body truck and sold it alongside the new body style trucks for '04.

Personally I wouldnt get a v6 in a fullsize 4x4. Its underpowered.

I dont know why they picked that body style to do a Heritage...I mean I personally think that my '88 F150 and '90 Bronco were better looking rides...not as clean in the body lines but definitely more rugged and manly . I also had a '96 F150 SoCo and that is my favorite body style

An 04 Heritage is the same design as a 97-03. The Heritage trucks were pretty much just the left over trucks, from when they changed to the new body style in 2004. They still has parts, so they made the truck and badged it as a heritage. Personally I'd avoid it and get a 2004+. The 2004+ new body style are way safer, more innovative, and better looking (in my opinion).
