So that is a 31.6" x 10.4" so you are good with the tire fitting for sure. Stock wheels have around a 6" backspace. With that being said you are going to a 4.5" backspace. Therefore you should see around an extra 1.5" of tire sticking out from where it sits now.

ok im also considering another wheel that has -6mm offset and 4.73 backspace, so there wouldnt be much of a difference as far as it sticking out?

Nope. not much at all. millimeters difference. It wont be as far out as the 4.5" BS ones. But itll be pretty damn close.

Those will fit just fine. You might not even need the level. I would just in case plus it'll give you more room to use the tires. There is a sticky (thread on top of the page) here that says 2wd trucks with a 2" level can run 33x12.5 tires. That is with stock wheels though. Since you want to kick yours out a bunch I would do exactly what you say you are doing.
Get the 31.9 x 10.7 Federals with the 4.5" BS wheels and then put a 2" level and you should be A-OK. It'll look dam ngood too.
