Unhappy Help ! Timing job runs rough

I recently did a complete time job on my 2005 F150 XL 5.4 V8 3 Valves.
I followed Ford tech Makulocko's step by step, no issues at all everything went smooth. All OEM Ford parts.
When I started her, it runs, but runs rough then dies. I check all connections I see nothing out of place. Any help would be appreciated.
See video below how it runs, I believe time is correct otherwise it would not start. Never mind the 4.6 alternator you see on this video. I have installed the one for the 5.4.
Issue still persist.

From the video looks like your intake/MAF isn't hooked up? I see the air cleaner.

Well, It is connected, on the 5.4 V8 Mass Airflow sensor sits on the intake manifold.

There are no electrical connections in the intake tube on an 05. No vac connections either. So the maf is contained in TB . .I would carefully look for a vac leak / Clean maf and TB wouldn't hurt . Need more clues . Codes . /fuel pressure ? Can you throttle it up to keep it running ? Yes it can start if if its out of time .
Its best to take many pics on front of timing set when you think its right on time before you move it , that way we can see if it looked okay . We have spotted the reluctor on backwards on some guys pics , another guy had the two timing marks on chain on crank dot instead of cam phasor . Not that either is your problem . Many times there is a damaged line on crank sensor . Vacuum leaks are best found with a homemade smoke machine see youtube .
Sometimes connectors get miss hooked up or left off .Are pcm conn locked down . . I lean to a vac problem or a lack of fuel pressure at this point ..

Check the o rings in the PCV hose from port side VC to intake. I didn’t notice it, but one of my o rings had fallen out during the removal.

I thought backfiring in the intake meant the timing was off just slightly. What brands did you buy for the timing job?

The only thing non Ford is the oil pump I bought a Melling M360 everything else is Ford OEM bought at the dealership. I ran the scanner, I get Camshaft bank 1 and bank 2 codes. I am stumped as it does not stay running.

I just did the same timing/pump project and ended up replacing the MAF, it fixed my issue. I wasn't able to get it to rev or anything. Here is my thread. The AFLS131 MAF sensor from Motorcraft is $20 here.

Funny thing the truck ran fine before the timing job even though it had no chain guides. They were all broken off inside the oil pan. I am stumped on this one...
Could it be that vacuum line from behind the intake manifold that got disconnected by accident? I know it has a pipe that goes by the brake booster routed to the back of the motor....
Just wondering what could it be..

That is possible, especially if it never got fixed for the recall for the vacuum line back there to change the connection and add a clamp.
