Wish me luck guys! Gonna try to pick Thunder up today! Will post pic when I get back if I'm successful! (Navy Relief has been givin people trouble lately trying to get auto repair loans which is very strange to me, cause I've always been able to get loans from them with no problem and I pay em all back)

Thunder is back from the dealership! Total damage done was $918.94. The bad news is I STILL have a nearly empty tank. Have no clue how far it'll get me...<sigh>

I am also off the IV treatments from the hospital and I'm very slowly getting my vision back in my right eye. Thanks to all for all the well wishes. Now I'm on very nasty tasting pills, haha!

Don't bother with it now that your truck is running. Fancy paperweight. They may have benefits with carbuerated vehicles but not with throttle bodies.
Do you have a custom tune for your 5.4 with the cai? If not it's much more important than that tb spacer! 2004 = very important. -04 + 05 run extremely lean fuel air mixture and the addition of the cai causes the lean condition and could cause internal engine damage. You should find the member franchi, he is also a tuner dealer/vender.

Good to know. Was thinking about buying an Edge Evo tuner from Amazon for $379.

I saw your thread about purchasing a tuner. The edge is not custom tunable.
SCT's are. Call Franchi and tell him the way things are and Franchi will set you up with what you need! SCT's are the best bang for the buck in my opinion.
