Default HELP! Sunroof Wony Close, Need Help Manually Closing

So my sunroof is stuck a few inches open. I read where yo can pull the rear headliner down and manually crank close from the motor. Well I voted the headliner partly down, see the motor but have no idea where to crank? I'm looking from the bed of truck inside. So I am not under the motor and its hard to see where to crank from?
Also need to know what size alan or star bit to use?

Any help would be greatly appreciated guys.

Ok So I found the part on the motor to turn: (it is located in the center of the black portion of motor) I used a 4mm alan and turned clock wise to close, HOWEVER my moonroof was stuck open in the "vent" Position so no amount of cranking would close it and just frustrated me more.
*** Just an fyi, I got in by removing the x2 center plugs on the rear headliner, as well as the two plastic plug covers on the rear side pillars (once removed use a 10mm deep socket).
Once removed, you then open your rear slider and from the bed of the truck pull down on your headliner just enough to access the motor of which is located right in the center but closer to the rear. This is the absolute easiest way I could find to get to the motor without removing the whole headliner. I hope this will help anyone needing it in the future.
So at this point, what l did was button the rear headliner back up, went to the driver side top of my truck and PUNCHED THE SOB CLOSED! It was open only about an inch or so and just flattened right out. I was already over it and didnt care anymore. It was over 120* Farenheit in my garage and I was sweatier than a nightclub full of bro's! For the last x37 days straight its averaged between 104* - 112* Farenheit! Contrary to what some people think, Southern California weather isn't always this paradise, It can suck butt!
So I was just waaaaay over it!
I then unplugged the moonroof button solenoid and called it a day. I am in NO way interested in paying $1,500+ to fix this or even $700 to do it myself. The dang thing stays shut lol!! I've had my 04' fourteen years now and can count on one hand how many times I used it, so it's not a huge loss for me. I thankfully have a 2016 supercrew 4x4 that still has a warranty and zero problems.
Now all I need is some "flex seal" tape for the perimeter of my moonroof to stop any water from coming in. I know a ghetto fix, but no one will see and as long as it keeps water out, I'm all Good with it.

On a side note, in all the years I had my 04 Lariat, this is one of a couple of issues I have had.
A few of them were:
- Stupid window solenoids (driver & passenger).
- The silver cap on the shifter broke off.
- Low idle shutter (fixed with diy throttle body/maf cleaning).
- And this lame dumb PIA moonroof!
* Always kept up with general maintenance as well.

I guess I should consider myself lucky it has just been the above said issues. Now tha I can no longer use my moonroof, I now really want to use it lol! Although saving $1,700 changes my mind back real quick!!
Time to order some "flex seal"! lol

I hope the above steps in accessing the moonroof motor in order to manually close it, will help someone in a situation where their moonroof is stuck open (not in vent Position I do NOT recommend anyone being dumb like me and punching it close). It will most definitely save you time and frustration instead of trying to remove the whole headliner, or even trying it from the moonroof itself.

As of lately I have not recieved much answers to any of my questions, but that wont stop me from adding some helpful information here. Sometimes the search feature doesnt yield all the answers you need, but I have also found many answers to my question using the search feature. Any way I can help back I will.
