Exclamation Help, Shudder Help

I have been experiencing this shudder recently in my 2005 f150 xlt. I have already changed all eight of my sparks plugs and coils. I have also changed my fuel filter. I notice I get most of my shudders going uphill. So I tried something today. I found a hill that would cause my truck to shudder will o/d was on. I went up the same hill with my o/d off and received no shudder. I tried it a third time with o/d on and as soon as it started shuddering I kicked o/d off and shudder went away. So I noticed with higher rpm there is no shudder. What in the world is causing my truck to do this? I don’t get this shudder with higher rpms.
Anyone with any facts and opinions please let me know what you think can cause this. I need to know what to expect. Has anyone had this same problem? If so what was the cause and how did you fix it?

Dan,
I just did a search in this forum for "shudder" and there are more threads then you can shake a stick at. You can probably find some help for your issue in there somewhere. Good luck.
