Question Help! Odd Electrical Issues...

I have a 2008 f150 witht eh 5.4 triton engine and am having some issues. Truck will ibntermittently not start. Will crank over fine but does not fire at all. Every once in a while it will start without any problems. When it does start it will run OK, but has another issue. Once the truck is running i can not turn on the headlights or it wuill shut off the engine. As soon as i turn the headlamp switch to the first on position the engine shuts off. Alternator seems to put out 14v according to my DVM. I must have some kind of short in my wiring. It appears one of my circuits is grounding out into my headlamp circuit or something. Starter also seems to be getting stuck on after releasing key. After cranking and releasing key, starter will juyst keep on spinning/cranking until i manually pull back ign switch one step back.I do not believe these two problems to be related, but id like to find a solution to both is possible. Problems started after an accident on the driver side which i believe may have damaged the wiring harness. The place which did my body work was supposed to take care of it, but apparently didnt. I am wondering where to start looking. I have peeled some carpet and panels and visually inspected the wiring as much as i could but was not able to see anything obvious. I will be looking more into today as i have a day off. I have acess to ALLDATA and have pulled up some schematics... hopefully someone can help me figure this out.
