Exclamation Help needed: Leak

So I've been noticing puddles under my truck. I take a look and It's coming from my exhaust. It's comming from the muffeler on both ends. It's almost a constant drip on each side. I smelled it and it looks/smells like water? I'm confused. It happens whenever the truck is on, I thought it was just condensation but it doesnt make sense how its always there even when its dry and even if its been running for a while. Thoughts?

I thought it was that, but it just doesnt make sense. That picture was taken after an hour of running, plus you can see the size of the leak, that was just when I was filling up for gas the 1-2 minutes it takes me.
I'm hoping it's just water/condensation if it is that'll be fixed when I get my straight pipes.
