I messaged him, he said those lights pictured are what I would receive. He did however mix up the left and right but assured the right would be sent. He said according to his Ford part book it fits 01-04 Idk how 04 would fit into 01-03...and Ik 03 has the reverse light at the bottom...so Idkkkkkkkk lol

 

wow...that is extremely confusing then..im not sure what you should do. I think i would have to go by the part number and call it a day. Sucks the guy cant take a picture of the actual light he's selling instead of using a random picture.

 

Update, the ebay seller emails me saying that it does fit 04-08 lol but I literally just bought one with the help of a fellow member, SteelerFan83, who went out of their way to help and I really appreciate that!
