Question Help with an issue on 2007 F150

I have a 2007 Ford F-150 Lariat, Super Crew 4WD, with 5.4 engine.

If I am driving (mostly happens between 40 and 50 miles an hour) and let off the gas to coast, when I apply the gas again my truck kinda jumps/bucks a few times like it is losing power to the drive train. It does not appear to be the engine cutting out and I don't lose RPM when it happens. And, if I get onto the accelorator hard after coasting, like to pass, it never happens. It seems to only happen when I get back on the accelarator normally or to speed up speed up a little. Thoughts or advice on things to check??? There no warning lights or sensors being displayed.

Also, I have run through a couple of tanks of gas because my first thought was I might have gotten a bad tank, that didn't appear to have helped.

Is it shifting into overdrive? Thats the rpm it should be shifting at, maybe a slight misfire that is becoming more apparent when shifting into od.
But when cruising its fine?
What about when going up a hill in od?

Get your codes read. It's either the transmission slipping or you have a bad C.O.P.

First thing I would try ... the throttle-by-wire reset procedure.

Yes, try grimace's advice, and if it's still doing it. Then it sounds like the all to familiar coil that resembles a bad tranny.
