Need some help. I was cleaning the truck today and saw this hard vac line just hanging out. Its on the drivers side wheel well area. Never really noticed it before and I was wondering if it broke or does it need to hook into anything? I don't see where it could possibly hook in to? I decided to trace it and its coming from the hub so I think its for the 4x4. Is this vac line suppose to be this way? Its a 08 FX4 4x4. Thanks

 

It's a vent line for your iwe. You will have one on each side. It's supposed to be like that.
