Like the titles say, I need help identifying this component in my front suspension to replace the worn our bushings or the component altogether. Thanks!
Out of curiosity, was your truck behaving in a certain way that made you look or were you doing other maintenance and noticed the shape they were in? Only reason I ask is because my truck vibrates a decent amount when reaching highway speeds (75+) and I am not sure what could cause/ needs to be replaced to help it.

That wouldn't be your problem. Tires would be my guess, but could maybe be tie rod ends or a ball joint.
The number 1 symptom of bad sway bar end links is rattling going over small bumps.
It was suddenly making clunking sounds when turning sharp, cranking the wheel, so stepping on the brakes while turning. Got under there to do an oil change and saw that the drivers side bushings were completely gone. The picture is from the passenger side. I replaced them both with cheap ones from Amazon. I guess I'll see how it goes. I also need to replace the fox shocks, they're old, leaking oil and squeaking. I concur with the previous post, your issue sounds tire related.
