Default help! Confused about my headlights!

OK so I bought a new to me truck yesterday it's a 2007 f150 xlt 4x4 with a 6 inch bds lift 35s etc... it has I think hid 8000k bulbs... the problem is the driving lights are fine but when I go to turn my brights on they are like the stock bulbs like they still have the yellow light to them. Help me!

What?
Do you have aftermarket headlights with a separate high beam?

I have no idea what I have here I think it is something with a separate low beam and high beam because the high beam is still the stock light but the low beam is hid

Do yourself a favor and remove the hid kit and put some quality bulbs in there. I recommend Phillips Crystal Vision Ultra or Phillips X-reme power bulbs.

Also if you would post some pics of the housings and bulbs, that would help us out.

you would have to buy a separate hid kit. with ballasts and all. Or you could just buy some new halogen bulbs which your headlights were made for.
