Not too hard really, run the power cable from the battery through a rubber grommet below the PCM, it will come into the cabin near the fuse block. Run the AV and any speaker cables on the other side. Hook your neg cable up near the amp. If you are installing behind the rear seat on a SCAB, taking the back seat out is a pain, search this site for a video.
