My truck's ABS light is on the pedals are buzzing. The abs system is making noise like its on and triggering. Once stopping the anti-lock system came on (lots of noise, pedal juttering and very heavy). I can shut the truck off and re-start and all is well for awhile. Can be a few hours or a few minutes. Suggestions please need a resolution soon.

check your fuse, 14 I believe. Could be on its way out. Also, maybe try testing your ABS sensors, see if one is malfunctioning.

How does one check the ABS sensors?

Use a multimeter and check each sensor. Youtube should be able to give you a good visual step by step.

Head to local auto parts store and have the codes read (if you feel safe enough to drive it there). That should help you narrow it down to a general area or specific item.
