I was on my way back home from work when out of no where i hear this beep. I look at the speedometer n it says CHECK FUEL CAP.I look out the window and c nothing wrong wit it,I get home n quickly look n nothing was wrong but still took it off n put it again,it still didn't cone off the speedometer,so then I turn the truck off n unscrew the cap n still nothing.I did it 3 times n it still reads CHECK FUEL CAP. anyone no how I can fix this or have any tips???

 

Check the gasket on the fuel cap.

If it's dried out, it won't seal. If you decide to replace the cap, I would recommend using an OEM cap as opposed to the aftermarket.
