My master switch went out and I had a loose wire in the connector on my 05.

 

Could be a number of things, bad switch, bad regulator, broken wire in body to door loom, blown fuse, etc. The master panel switch has to be good even for all other windows to work, it completes the circuit for all other windows as well.
