Default HELP! 2007 4.6L running bad, throwing codes!!!!

I have a 2007 4.6L XLT 4x4 and a friend and I went out on the backroads and there were some fairly large puddles over the road, maybe about 8 - 10 inches deep and we plowed through them a couple of times. after going through them, truck started to run funny, jumpy idle, loss of power and it would sputter a bit, then stalled. Engine light came on, etc. and it threw a few codes on my reader. I limped it back home and found water in the air intake filter... I checked the oil cap for milky oil and there wasnt really any at all, maybe a tiny bit. but the truck sitting in park in the driveway wont hold an idle well and actually died a few times. I'm afriad to move it now. I changed the oil today and I didnt see any water coming out. There is no ticking noises or any odd sounds in the motor. temperature never spiked at all. but I'm afraid i took on too much water though and dont know what to do.

the codes are:
p0103: mass or volume air flow A circuit high
p0104: mass or volume air flow A circuit intermitten, erratic
p061f: internal control module throttle actuator controller performance

i have an edge evolution that told me those

anyways, please give me some feedback. It will be greatly appreciated!

Remove your MAF and spray with Maf cleaner. Let it dry completely and reinstall. Remove your air filter and let it dry out completely. Dry out the air box of moisture and also the air inlet tube. If you have compressed air blow off/out spark plug (COP's) . Run some Isopropyl deicer thru the tank. If you injested some water into the intake manifold it may take some time for it to completely evaporate away. Check your vacuum hoses for damage/loose clamps. Hopefully you didn't hydroloc and bend anything. You would hear it if you have. When you get serious water wheeling you need to reroute your air intake above the hood to dry air. Can't guess how much was blinging around that fender liner, but probably a couple thousand gallons. I crossed a flood plain once with probably 4 feet of water in some of the areas, but had removed the grill and hooked up a flexible hose from the camper to the pipe. Brought it back and tied it above the passenger mirror so it was even with the top of the cab. Had to drain everything after that though but the truck was not left in the flood. Some water may have also made its way into the axles. Lube will look nasty if it has. Fuel drier, like Heat ( red bottle) or there abouts.

I'm afraid to even run the truck now though for the fear that I might do more damage to it. I bought a new filter and I cleaned the maf and installed everything back now. I changed the oil and reset the ecu back to stock. now I guess i just need to see how it runs?
