just wanted some info on a 06 ford leveling kit for a 4x4. do i need spring compressors to install the kit? a pal of mine wanted to level out his truck and he said i needed to compress the springs and another guy said ya dont have too. any answers will be helpful. thanx

 

I'm thinkin somebody should come up with a sticky about leveling kits, size, install, brands, etc to maybe cut down these repeat threads...

 

No you don't need a spring compressor, as it mounts on top of the spring, not inside.
