Ell tomorrow I'm picking up my new (to me) 07 f150! It's a 4x4 super cab xlt with the 5.4. 88,000 miles. Any advice for me for my new truck? Thanks

Check the spark plugs and make sur they aren't a two piece, and check to see if the cam phasers have been done.. Otherwise happy truckin.

I know it's gonna need plugs and I'd imagine it's got the 2 piece.. My dads 06 does. I changed his at 105,000 for the first time so they don't really scare me. As far as the cam phasers, it's my grandpas truck and knowing the way he drives it's probably never been over the speed limit. My dad runs his 06 hard and it's got a lot more miles and they haven't given him any trouble so I'd imagine they are probably ok but I'll take a look at them. Thanks for the info!

I was pretty skeptical about getting my 07 Ford F150...then I seen that the cam phasers were already done, made me a much happier person that's for sure. That's awesome that u got the truck from ur grandpa, cuz u know that they haven't been bagged or drivin ridiculous....

Yep. Wasn't really in the market but he gave me a good deal on it so I jumped on it. I thought 11,000 was a good deal
