Default Heating problems

I'm driving a Ford F150 (2008) and my heating doesn't turn off. It doesn't matter where I turn the dial. It still has warm air. How can I solve this problem?

Thank in advance for your help,

Carsten from Germany

I bet it's your actuator. It happened to my 08. It's pretty common among the f150s.

Actuator, or I would suspect damaged vacuum line

thanks for your answer. Now I have a few questions: do you know where the actuator and the vaccum line is placed? I didn't find anything about it in the user manual.
When I turn the dial there's a normal sound - the fold opens. The climate compressor works.
I've bought a complete climate control panel (used) because I thought it would be the problems cause the dial goes so easy - but now I don't believe that this will be the reason - though I might not change the panel now.
Maybe, do you have a parts number for the actuator?

Thanks again for your help,

Carsten
