Remove glove box to get to plastic housing then carefully cut it leaving it hinged and foil tape it back when finished-- dremel works fine . This is sed to get foam that has fallen off and jammed door . I did it but mine was an intermittent ac compressor clutch relay not the foam . It is fairly easy to do if you are careful ,beats pulling dash .
