Heater actuator - HELP!
Hey everyone, I have a 2007 F150 XLT and it exhibits that funny clicking (noise) when the selector for defrost/vent/floor is turned. Heating and cooling works fine, just when I switch the positions do I hear that sound.
Search found that it seems that the "actuator" is the likely culprit but as I am very new to F150's, where is this part on the vehicle? I have read that it is found above the gas pedal but what should I be looking for? Anyone have a pic or diagram to share?
Also, any part number available for the part itself? Would make my life so much easier to go to the dealer with that number!
Thanks in advance.
Cheers
