heat shields

has anyone else had a heat shield under the truck come loose and rattle at idles? i have one now and its not like it is a problem, it just annoys the hell out of me.

not on my f150 (yet), but on other trucks i have. i just got under there with a welder and gave it a couple quick boogers to hold it up.
