Previous owner must have had a DVD system installed. What remains are the imprint, and a few holes. 2 black screws remain. Are they factory screws to support the headliner, or can I remove them? Either way, it looks like crap 😞

 

I'd probably do nothing with the imprint and just see if it goes away over time. I'm thinking the screws are not required to support the headliner but could be wrong. I'd probably just see if I could work the other screw holes with my finger and try to minimize their appearance. If the black screws are required to support he liner, you could try to paint them to match the head liner color.

Worst case is you take your headliner off and remove the cloth and put some new cloth back on. There's some decent youtubes on how to do that.
