Nothing, I think he was just offering advice to prevent condensation buildup. On a side note, the lights look great and seeing your pic has swayed me over to the dark side, so to speak lol.

As far as projection, if aiming it doesn't work...it may be a problem with the bezel/reflector...w/e you want to call it

I wasn't trying to be a thorn, just curious. I did aim both lights to the same height on a wall but the direction of the projections are opposite. I positioned them high enough so I won't see the difference but it's still bugging me. I'm going to see if I can figure out the problem once it gets dark tonight and I'll post an update.

The bulb housings on the new lights are a little more recessed than the OEMs by atleast 3/8". So I had to slip the boot over the wires and install the bulbs first then place the rubber boot back into place.

Have you tested with halogen bulbs instead of the PnP HID’s to see if you still have the same issue?

I took the passenger light out today to see if there was any flaws and remembered my GF had a HID kit installed last xmas so I'm not too sure if I can pop the light out or if I even have the other bulbs

I'm pretty sure it's the inside bezel on the passenger side because it looks flat where the rest of the reflector has those angles all the way around. The flat spot would cause it to look more like there's a dark spot because the light isn't as bright in that area. If that makes sense
