Default headlight issue

The other day I installed new headlights and H13 Xenon bulbs. The issue is I no longer have high beams. When I try to turn them on the lights go off. Anyone run into this before? Any help would be great.

its from the xenon's, when you change your stock bulb with a xenon you wont have highbeam, its from the xenon bulb, they dont come with a high beam, and when you click highbeam your fog lights should turn off, in have the same thing but im gonna connect the high beam wire to a different light that im gonna put behind my grill

They do sell kits that do both high/low beam.
