Default Headlight adjustment screw?

2004 f150 5.4, just installed led headlights and need to aim the lights...read the manual and have located the screw, my question is it says clockwise to go up, is that clockwise with me standing in front of the truck or is that clockwise from the back of the housing if that makes sense any help is appreciated

Start turning one of the screws with the headlight pointed at a wall. You’ll clearly see which was raises or lowers. I’ve messed with mine many times, but it’s been so long that I️ don’t recall which way is which.

Did you get something like 4x4truckleds or a lower end model? If they don’t have a shield on the low beam, your growing to be throwing glare into oncoming traffic no matter how low you set them.

Clockwise means turn to the right to move up for the headlight.

Righty (clockwise) tighty, Lefty (counter clockwise) Loosy
