Default Header Help

Well I got my JBA headers on but now I still have an exhaust leak somewhere, my mechanic has had it apart couple times but no signs of leaking. Anybody have any idea where to start looking for leaks. It's not very noticeable at idle but easily audible while driving. Wondering if it could be my cats? Thanx

once you put a few miles on it like that you will have black soot forming around the leaky part. then clean it up and weld it shut!......unless its a gasket.
