Don't do it. Looks to similar to the eBay ones. Go to tasca ford parts and order the oem Harley ones. More expensive but worth it. Plus these cheaper ones don't allow you to adjust the height of the headlight beam so aiming your new hids is impossible.

I would suggest trying to paint your own. I painted mine and it was one of my favorite mods I have done. (I am also addicted to cheap do it yourself mods). I did mine for about 20 bucks and some man hours. (and it can be done cheaper. I just used a ton of silicone to make sure they would be water tight.) If you break them or dont like them once you are done you can just buy the new ones. But if you like them you just saved yourself a lot of money.

I was thinking about painting my headlight housing but i have a grey f150. Do you think it will look good or just tacky? i have the chrome grille if that helps picture what it will be next to.

not my truck but this is what it looks like except without the fog lights in the bumper.

Like yourself, I did this mod myself, and for two other folks. My labor is cheap (for myself). If you have paitience and are good with a can of Krylon Fusion black paint, your results will be great too. Head out to Home Depot or Lowes, get a large tube of black silicone (fits in a chaulking gun), and a can of spray paint. Set the oven for 300 degrees, put one headlight housing on a cookie sheet; after oven preheats, place the headlight in the oven for 8 minutes, remove, and using paitience and a flat blade screwdriver, start prying off the clear lense. It will take you two to three heatings to finally get the headlight lense off, but as I stated, be patient! The factory stuff cools quickly, hense the reason for heating a couple of times. Don't heat for more than 8 minutes at a time, or any hotter than 300 degrees.
And be sure to get all the goop out of the channels of the black housing where the clear lense mounts. Apply a decent amount of the black silicone, and apply the lense. I use some strong tape such as duct tape to hold the lense in place while the silicone sets; give it about 6 hours to set up.

No leaks, no fogging.

Read...you have a choice for a warranty plan...you have to pay for it...you should never have to pay for a warranty...buy elsewhere !!
