Default Harley Davidson Headlights

I recently purchased Harley Davidson style headlights for my '04 fx4 and the one has condensation in it. I drilled a 1/8" hole in the headlights and still didn't fix it. What else should I do to get rid of the moisture?? Do I need to take apart the headlight and re-silicone it?

Yep. Do the oven trick....heat the oven to 250 degrees; leave one headlight assembly in for NO MORE THAN 10 MINUTES (start at 8 minutes). This should soften the silicone enough to priy off.

I too bought a set of these cheaper Harley knock offs; ended up having to do the same thing.
