Default Grinding while turning

Hey guys, so I have a grinding noise while turning either right or left. It started happening at the same time and I did a little investigative work today but couldn't find the cause. My rotors have a deep groove around the outside edge on both sides and the pads have the same ridge on them to match. Then the calipers have dirty spots near the top of them where it looks like it's not coming in contact with the pads all the time. Not sure what would cause this same issue on both sides at the same time so I'm stumped. Any help would be appreciated. Here's some pics I took of the brake components:

That rotor looks like a record. They should be a on smooth flat surface, not the ocean in high winds.
I would see if you can get those turned or replace them and replace the pads at the same time
