Default grinding noise

Hey guys I have a question I was dealing with the iwe actuator grinding noise at any speeds as soon as it started moving. I replaced the iwe actuator and now I only get the grinding noise when I'm above 25 but only if I step on hard on the gas any ideas?

You replace the solenoid yet?

No I haven't I. Checked the lines they look good it's like it looses vacuum when I step on the gas

When you open the throttle you reduce the amount of vacuum in the intake manifold and that in turn reduces the vacuum that is holding your iwe's in place causing your grinding. You've still got a leak in your system. Start with the solenoid as stated above. Likely, if you've replaced one actuator, the other one is on its way out also.

Check the solenoid, check valves, and vacuum resevoir. Use a vacuum pump with a guage.
You're getting enough vacuum to disengage the hubs, but losing it when the engine vacuum drops. The resevoir (it's behind the battery) and the check valves are there to ensure that vacuum to the hubs remains even when the engine vacuum drops. The solenoid can leak vacuum internally, which would also cause your symptoms.
Basically, follow this thread and you'll find the problem:

Only if the check valves have failed.
